ATC Staff


Tony Caliento / President & Chief Engineer


Tony started as a saxophone and guitar player in Elementary School and later found an in interest in electronics. He later found his calling in the engineering part of the audio video and lighting industry and started ATC. ATC celebrated it 30 year anniversary in May of 2016. Tony is now focused in overseeing ATC’s operations and designing audio, visual and lighting systems for Casinos, Houses of Worship, Studios, Corporations, Schools, Colleges, Corporate Centers and a host of other customer facilities. Tony continues his ongoing education by staying on top of new products and technologies which include technical training and project management with the Infocomm, NSCA (National Systems Contractors Association), Certification with the AES (Audio Engineering Society) and SYNAUDCON (Synergenic Audio Concepts). He also has many DSP Certifications and has a broad knowledge of speaker rebuilding with JBL, Bose, EV and other companies. Tony has also been trained and certified for BSS London, QSC Q-Sys level 2, Crestron, Yamaha, Rational Acoustics Smaart, EASE, Video display calibration, StarDraw.

Wayne Krupa / Executive Contracting Manager/Chief Programmer


Wayne started with ATC in Nov. 05 in sales and AV production. He has quickly moved his way and he is now the lead systems programmer and works in the systems integration dept. He has completed Crestron DMC-D, DMC-I, Extron and SMART technologies certifications. Wayne attended the New England Institute of Art where he received an associates of science in audio Production. He has worked in several recording studios, and has toured internationally.

Kyle Douglas / Sales, Customer Support, Installation


Kyle has been at ATC since 2012.He owned a small sound company and he then started working in the live production department, sales and speaker re-coning at ATC. He has gained knowledge about all aspects of AV systems Kyle has already proved to be a great addition to our establishment. Kyle has become involved with many corporate A/V productions. He is Extron and SMART certified with many more to come.

John Losito / Installation


John has 28 years of experience working as an accomplished musician, experienced electrical technician and audio/visual installation specialist. He has been with ATC for over 14 years. He did his electrical apprenticeship and since then has dedicated himself to providing quality audio video lighting installations. He is Shure wireless certified, OSHA 10 certified. John is also a Jack of All Trades and he uses these skills in the design/build application of custom installations. John works well with owners, sub contactors and other vendors. John’s work can be seen (and heard) at the Springfield Science Museum in Springfield. Ma, The New England Dream Center in Worcester Ma, Westover Air Force Base in Chicopee, MA , The Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield. Ma., as well as many Clubs and Houses of worship in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.

Tom Schneeloch / Installation Contracting, Live Production


Tom Started at ATC in 2013. He owned a building contracting company and small sound company. His background and passion drove him to a full time position at ATC. With a great attention for detail Tom has fit in well at ATC as one of the head installers. He is also a part of the live production team.

Keith Kruser / Sales, System Integration


Keith joined ATC in 2014 and has been in the industry for over 25 years. He worked in sales and repairs for much of his career and was a great addition to the ATC family. Keith has moved into the system integration portion of the company. He is SMART and Extron certified. He has a long musical background and is very experienced in live sound.

Matt Jugenheimer / Sales, Repair, Live Production


Matt started at ATC as a part time production engineer in 2014. He has grown with the company and has been a full time team member since early 2015. Matt attended the New England Institute of Art where he received an associates of science in Audio Production. He has worked in the live production field and has a deep musical background.

Jay Cole


Jay has been a sales associate at ATC Audio since November of 2015. Along with working for ATC he is also a local musician. Jay formerly worked at KMC Music and is a sought after drum instructor. Jay also has an award winning beard…

Cara Merriam / Office Manager


Cara has been with ATC Audio since June of 2011. She will graduate from Springfield Technical Community College in the spring of 2017 with an associate’s degree in Business Management. Cara takes care of finances associated with the company, accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll and several other tasks that helps with the organization and professionalism at ATC Audio.

Shaun Anderson / Sales


Shaun joined ATC in October of 2016. He has many years of past sales experience with other companies in this industry. Any questions you may have about anything on our sales floor he will be able to answer, and make sure you are 100% satisfied.


Lenny Caliento / Finance

After a successful 35 year carrier with the Postal Service Management Division Lenny took on the task of helping his son with ATC. It has now been 14 years and Lenny oversees daily finances of ATC on all levels.
